Filament Winding Capabilities

Our facility is equipped with heavy-capacity, high-precision filament winding machines capable of producing large-scale composite tubes, pressure vessels, and structural components.

  • ⮊ (1) Extra-Large Filament Winding Machine: Up to 16 meters in length, with processing capabilities for diameters up to Ø1500.

Thermal Processing & Curing Equipment

To guarantee consistent mechanical properties, optimal fiber-to-matrix bonding, and continuous quality control, our curing operations feature advanced thermal management:

  • ⮊ (2) Computer-Controlled Composite Curing Ovens: 2.5-meter capacity.
  • ⮊ (1) Computer-Controlled Composite Curing Oven: 8-meter length capacity for large-scale structures.
  • ⮊ 24-Hour Monitoring: Rigorous temperature profile tracking to secure precise glass transition temperatures  and cross-linking.
Resin Handling & Advanced Molding Technologies
  • (4) Dedicated Epoxy Resin Stations / Boilers: For precise matrix preparation, ensuring continuous, bubble-free, and highly controlled resin impregnation.
  • (1) Integrated RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) Production Line: Closed-mold technology optimized for high-volume, structural composite components with superior surface finish and tight dimensional tolerances on both sides.
